Refund & Return Policy
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not accept returns in circumstances described below.
- Item showing fair wear and tear;
- Wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party
- If you fail to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions
- Any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers.
If you are a consumer, this warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number reference.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Typically it can take 2-10 working days for the money to show in your account. If you have still not received your refund after this timescale please contact your card company.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

Please note, if you return an item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.
We do not offer free returns on our items. We suggest choosing a tracked service and to get a receipt for proof of postage. If your item is faulty, or damaged or you have received the incorrect item please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria, however, shipping costs will not be refunded.
